Our Phuket Laguna Villa is where tropical paradise meets gracious, elegant living in this astounding Laguna estate.

The environment is peaceful, secure and perfect for the family. An all flat-ground Villa (very rare in Phuket), located on the lake with panoramic Golf views and esteemed neighbours within the secured Laguna complex.

The house is at once modern and traditional, with gorgeous spaces for entertaining and informal gatherings as well as privacy for all inhabitants.

The double-height open living area sets the stage, with elegant contemporary-Thai furnishings and endless views through the full-length glass. Tucked into the side is the full Western kitchen, complete with island breakfast bar and top of the line appliances. There’s also a Thai-style kitchen, perfect for entertaining.

The formal dining area is out on the covered terrace, serviced by ceiling fans, as is a second lounge area. The infinity pool is a very sizeable 55 sqm and overlooks the lake and Golf greens. Poolside, there’s plenty of room for lounging and even an outdoor shower.

All of the bedrooms are individually designed, some specifically geared to children. Four of the bedrooms have luxury en-suite bathrooms, and all have built-in or walk-in wardrobes and individually controlled air-conditioning. Hot water is supplied by a central system.

Additionally, there’s a maid’s room, laundry room and family room/study as well as 24-hour security which guarantees peace-of-mind. The perfect setting for your luxurious family vacation to remember!

Extra’s Available

• Cook: Chef will be included for Breakfast meals and also small basic daytime meals. Dinner will be charged at 2000 Baht. Additional cost will be the food ingredients which are charged at Market Prices & a 20% Service Charge. The Cook will Supply the market bills on a daily basis.
• Fridge Pre Stock: A food shopping list will be provided for a fridge pre stock.
• Baby Sitting: Baby Sitting Services can be provided for a minimal cost. Please give advance notice for this service.
• Car Hire: A Car/Mini Van is available to hire with or without a Driver.
• Massages: Massages can be arranged for all guests of the Villa.

Located on the famous West Coast of Phuket, in Laguna area where is 5 star resorts, hotels and luxury villas situated, easily access within minutes by unlimited use of shuttles bus. Only a few minutes to Bang Tao beach. Home to many facilities including international restaurants, kids clubs, beach clubs, various shopping locations and an extensive number of available tours.

Laguna shuttle bus service

Guests go to the security guard box at the end of the private street (300 meters approx.) then the security guard can call the shuttle bus for the guests. The complimentary shuttle bus is within Laguna area only.
